New scrap chopper with scrap evacuation conveyor and new steering unit , Pickling line GALVACOLOR
The client demanded the design, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of new scrap chopper, evacuation of scrap and new steering unit to operate the line according Push-pull.
TPI did the design, manufacturing and erection of complete solution in pickling line including the translation of side trimmer from entry of line to exit and supply of new scrap chopper and evacuation conveyors and new steering unit including guiding equipment i
Solution:
The equipment was designed for the repositioning of one side trimmer situated I the entry section, to the exit section. The scrap baller was substituted for the new scrap chopper, and the scrap evacuation conveyor. A new steering unit was designed and supplied even with the guiding equipment.
The new disposition of the side trimmer allows the possibility to work coil to coil or in continuous (one stitcher is installed in the entry of the line)
