Automatic cardboard sleeves charger.
TPI as develop a solution for the automatic loading of cardboard sleeves in recoilers of process lines, without the use of “regular “ robot arms, but developing a tailormade solution in base to servomotors, that fits in a very narrow space.
Equipment designed for the automatic charging of cardboard sleeves. The system can be adapted to the existing layout of the client´s line.
The system is made of aluminium structure and jaw for the introduction of the sleeves and servo-motors for the synchronization and optimization of the charging cycle.
The system includes an automatic centering equipment for the cardboard sleeves to be charged.
Solution
The aim of this equipment is to be able to charge in a safety way and quick the cardboard sleeves in the recoiler mandrel.
The design of this equipment allows a complete scope of solutions for the loading of cardboard sleeves adapted to the existing layout and space.
