New chain conveyors for packages of coils evacuation
The client GONVARRI ( Spain) - Demanded TPI de develop of 3 sets of chain conveyors, adapted to al types of pallets processed in the line and with a section with loading cells ( each set)
Desing, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of 3 sets of double chain conveyor ( one of them with loading cells).
Solution:
Thans to the new layout proposed, the evacuation of the coil packages can be done by forklift as alternative to the crane, and even more the ergonomist for the workers was improved.
