The client demanded the design, manufacturing, commissioning and erection of 2 new mandrels with its wheels, and 2 units of outboard bearings for galvanizing line ARCELORMITTAL (Belgium)
Design, manufacturing, erection and commissioning of 2 units of new mandrels with its supplements, and 2 units of outboard bearing.
Solution:
The new mandrels were designed in order to be installed in the existing reducers in substitution of the existing mandrels. The new outboard bearing allows to process in a safety way the heaviest coils.
