New Entry in Pickling line

Design, supply transport, electrical equipment, programming, erection and erection supervision and commissioning of new equipment for entry pickling line in LUSOSIDER – Portugal (CSN GROUP).

TPI has accomplished the invest of new entry in pickling line in LUSOSIDER – Portugal (CSN GROUP), including New threading table, new entry tension unit, new straightener, new exit tension unit , whole automation and motorization and dust exhaust equipment.
It has been a pleasure to work with all the team of LUSOSIDER.

The solution

The client reached a very important improvements in the threading process of the strip, even the processing of the coils and the improvement of the flatness of the strip and scale braker .
